Shipping policy
We maintain inventory in three strategically located warehouses across the globe: the United States, the European Union, and Australia. The origin of dispatch for your order is determined by your geographical location. Customers residing in the United States, Australia, the UK, or any EU country will not be subject to customs clearance.
Our operation runs throughout the business week, from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders received late in the day on Fridays, as well as those placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, are processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Backorders
In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be dispatched once they are back in stock.
United States & Canada:
Goods destined for the United States and Canada are dispatched from our American warehouse, utilizing services offered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Kindly note that customers in the United States will not require customs clearance. For Canadian patrons, our experience suggests the customs clearance process is typically uneventful and expedient.

Australia & New Zealand:
For customers residing in Australia and New Zealand, we utilize the services of Australia Post, shipping from our Australian warehouse. Rest assured, Australian clients will not encounter any requirements for customs clearance. Customers in New Zealand can generally expect a seamless customs clearance procedure.
Please be informed that if your location is proximate to metropolitan areas such as Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney, you may anticipate 2-3 day delivery via Express. For less densely populated regions, express delivery is typically accomplished within 5-6 days, with standard delivery requiring approximately 7-10 days.
Express delivery to New Zealand is usually accomplished within 2-5 business days (to major metro areas) and standard delivery within 4-7 business days (to major metro areas).

*Please take note that the standard delivery period of 5 to 7 days pertains to the aforementioned metropolitan areas. More remote locations may necessitate a 7- to 10-day delivery timeframe and up to twelve days to remote parts of Tasmania and Queensland. Express delivery of one to two days also applies to these metropolitan areas, with more remote locations requiring four to six days for delivery.

The European Union, EES & United Kingdom:
Shipments to the EU, EES, & UK are dispatched from our warehouse in the Czech Republic via DPD or DHL. Customers in the EU will not require customs clearance, whereas those in the UK can anticipate a streamlined clearance process.

Regions outside of the EU, UK, US, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia
We serve a global clientele, and the warehouse selected for your order will be based on proximity to ensure the quickest possible delivery to your country. The delivery service used will depend on the import regulations of the destination country. Please note that customs clearance is required, and delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet the delivery timeframes listed below for most countries, please be aware that shipments to regions outside of the EU, UK, US, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia may take longer, as shipping reliability to these regions can vary.

Taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blushwood Health is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blushwood.health with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery should you not be satisfied with the product. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can read our full Refund Policy here: https://blushwood.health/refund
What should I do if my Shipment is Delayed, Misplaced, or Damaged?
We've partnered with MonkProtect to ensure your orders are secure. If your shipment faces delays, damages, or misplacement, please visit MonkProtect's portal for immediate assistance. There's no need to contact our support; MonkProtect has you covered at no extra cost.
Please note that MonkProtect insurance does not apply to orders to Australia & New Zealand.
