We ship from four regional warehouses — the United States, the European Union (Czechia), the United Kingdom, and Australia — and dispatch your order from the one closest to you, so it reaches you as quickly as possible. Customers in the US, UK, EU, and Australia won't need to deal with customs clearance.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed late on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a public holiday are sent out the next business day.
We keep it simple: one standard delivery option. Subscription orders always ship free, in every region. One-time orders ship free on 2 or more items; a single-item one-time order pays a small flat rate, shown in your local currency at checkout.

Subscription orders — and any one-time order of 2 or more items — ship free to every region. All rates and times are estimates and are shown in your local currency at checkout. For Australia, delivery to remote parts of Tasmania and Queensland can take a little longer.
Orders shipped beyond our regional warehouses' home markets (for example, Rest-of-World destinations) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT collected on arrival by your local customs authority. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number — please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
